Terrible customer service
Was advised by the customer service line that I could pick my package up at FedEx Express in Lubbock, TX and when I arrived they said that the customer service doesn't know what they're talking about. The front desk lady told me that they wouldn't look for the package since it hadn't been sorted yet. Last time I checked, y'all are a business based off of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Well, y'all lack that paramount part of the business. I will NEVER use FedEx for any future shipping's and will advise everyone shipping to me to use another service.
